Beers

My beers are divided into two main categories, Core and Experiments.

Core includes beers that is based on my own recipes that I think are good enough to brew multiple times, these beers have their own unique names. My intention is that this category should be more strict and stay true to classic, “official” styles.

Experiments are beers I try out, it can be cloned recipes from both homebrewers and commercial breweries, simple recipes to try out a new ingredient or my own made recipes. The point with this series is to try out different techniques, ingredients and styles etc and go a bit wild.

You’ll see a lot of errors and misconceptions in the experiments category so please keep that in mind.
